Community Services Network

Community Services Network of West Tennessee, Inc. (CSN) is a not-for-profit agency that was created exclusively for the Arlington Developmental Center (ADC) Class Members.  CSN provides the Arlington Class Members with enhanced benefits, including access to Nurse Case Managers as well as expanded pharmacy benefits, which includes over-the-counter medications and a mail order option.

CSN is an alternative to TennCare with higher and more timely reimbursement to providers for care of class members.  Also, there are no referral or pre-certification requirements, a no-risk provider contract and Continuing Education opportunities in the areas of Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities. CSN has a grant contract with the state of Tennessee. CSN operations are managed by the CSN team under the direction of a national Board of Directors.

Mission Statement

CSN works with the State of Tennessee to improve the quality of life for individuals living in the community with an intellectual disability and/or other developmental disability through the coordination of health and behavioral services & support.
