What is CSN? CSN is a not-for-profit agency that includes a network of health and behavioral service providers designed specifically to serve Arlington Developmental Center (ADC) class members living in the community. In addition to any other health insurance coverage you may already have, you can choose to add CSN to your existing benefits package. CSN provides enhanced benefits, including access to Clinical Nurse Case Managers as well as expanded pharmacy benefits, which includes over-the-counter medications and a mail order option. How did CSN get started? CSN was established to provide health and behavioral services to ADC class members in the ongoing Federal class action lawsuit United States v. State of Tennessee, et al.(Arlington Developmental Center). It is a remedy to the quality of care issues and concerns with services delivered in the community.
