CSN's Quality Management and Quality Improvement Programs integrate with clinical and non -clinical services provided to CSN members. The program is designed to monitor, evaluate and continually improve the care and services provided by CSN, CSN  Case Managers and contracted providers. The program encompasses services provided across a wide spectrum of sites of care and designed to resolve identified areas of concern on an individual member basis and system wide. The methodology of the QM/ QI program and activities includes identification, performance goals and benchmarks, data collection, establish baseline measurements, trending, measuring, analyzing, implementation and intervention.
